3. I will then send you order notification and payment details to proceed with your payment.

4. Notify me after payment made via email. Acknowledgement will be reply for payment received confirmation.

5. IMPORTANT: Please allow 3-5 working days for processing & delivery.

6. Finally, notify me when the package arrives, I would love to hear your feedback!

2. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. (Hugging Plus Size do not accept subjective reasons for returns i.e not good looking, change of mind, dislike the color, color difference, fabric not high-quality, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small, etc)

3. First come first served basis. Reservations may be available to regular customers :)

4. All items are checked before delivery.

5. In the event of Out-of-Stock after payment, full refund will be made accordingly.

6. Restocks is possible but fresh and new items will be replenished every week :)

Tues - Latest payment to be made by Mon 6pm
Thurs - Latest payment to be made on Wed 6pm
Sat - Latest payment to be made on Fri 6pm
