Good quality soft stretchable thick cotton jersey for the outer cardigan, comes with non removal waist sash, sewn together with polka dots shirt with functional button. Ruched sleeve with lace near collar, definitely flattering! Pair with leggings or stockings, absolutely goes well with high heels. Very gorgeous piece for workwear! Fabulous finds!
